LEGO robotics at Hispabrick Magazine HBM028

There is a wealth of information about robotics at Hispabrick Magazine HBM028
Among them are

Page 14: Interview with Carl Merriam, one of the designer of LEGO Boost.

Page 44: Use the "FORCE" with the Creative Toolbox by the Seshan Brothers. Sanjay and Arvind. (the Creative Toolbox is what LEGO calls LEGO Boost programming software)
In this chapter they use one of the 5 models to create a robot which keep the model at a fixed distance from an obstacle (the FORCE LEGO Boost, the FORCE )
with some simple programming with the programming blocks, a kid can play STAR WARS using the hand (the FORCE) to keep the "robot" at a fixed distance away, move the hand nearer and the robot moves away, moves the hand further away and the robot will follow, keeping a fixed distance.

Page 103: The LEGO Boost experience by Jetro de Chateau, sort of an UNBOXING story of his experience with LEGO Boost. One negative experience with the LEGO Boost mentioned by Jetro was the short battery lifespan. One other negative mention was that "the Guitar" cannot make music.

Page 33: Robotics is now a compulsory subject in Japan as they predict that 40% of current existing jobs will be replaced by robots in the future. There were mentions of how LEGO of which Mindstorms EV3 featured prominently.
